The parish council’s three Christmas trees have been installed on the High Street, each with additional lights to create a brighter display this year. We have also adjusted the position of the tree by St. Edmund and St. Mary’s Church Ingatestone, bringing it closer to the road so it will be more visible to everyone passing through the village. The other two trees are up at the Market Place and by the Ingatestone Community Centre.
This year, IFPC worked with Brentwood Connected, who liaised with local businesses and funded and arranged the installation of the small wall-mounted Christmas trees and lights. These were installed yesterday and add a lovely touch of festive charm to the High Street. Please note that there may be a short period of testing and refinement while as many small tree lights as possible are brought fully online over the next few days.
