Small Talk Saves Lives – Pop-up TODAY at Ingatestone Station
Today, between 3-7pm, Network Rail alongside partners such as Combat2Coffee will be hosting a Small Talk Saves Lives pop-up stall at Ingatestone Station, offering information, advice and signposting to mental health support services.
The initiative highlights how a simple conversation can make a real difference to someone who may be struggling.
This work is also connected to the community shed project currently being developed by the parish council with Network Rail and Greater Anglia, aimed at creating a welcoming space for community activities and wellbeing support. The public meeting will take place on 18 March at 7pm at the Seymour Pavilion.
