In our Winter newsletter, we featured Ingatestone and Fryerning Heritage Trail. However, it required a few corrections, and we have now printed a new amended version. It will soon be displayed in local schools, High street shops, Ingatestone museum, and in the parish council’s phone boxes. You can print the leaflet yourself by clicking HERE and choosing A3 paper size.
This has been devised with help from a number of local community organisations and supported by funding from the Essex Heritage Trust and Brentwood Borough Council.
The trail was conceived as part of the work of the parish council’s Economic Development Working Group to promote active walking, leisure, tourism and support for local businesses in our parish and to publicise our built heritage locally.
If you have any ideas for other things that could be done to support this objective please contact the clerk at clerk@ingatestone-fryerningpc.gov.uk
You would be welcome to attend meeting(s) of the group which are held monthly on Tuesdays in the Community Centre hall.
