The Ingatestone Museum Trust is seeking willing volunteers to help assemble the display cabinets for Ingatestone’s new community museum. They are working hard towards opening the museum in early autumn 2025. If you could help, this would greatly assist the Museum Trust in setting up the museum’s displays ready for opening (the units are flat pack). Please bring any tools that might help. Tea and coffee provided .
We are holding an ‘assembly morning’ on Saturday 9 August in the museum from 10am – 12 noon. If you can help us please email secretary@imt.gb.net
The museum is located in the Gatekeeper’s cottage, next to the level crossing in Station Lane.
