The Leader of Brentwood Borough Council, Cllr Louise McKinlay will be holding her next live Twitter Chat on Thursday 9th June between 7.30pm-8pm and is inviting Brentwood Tweeters to get their questions in early.

The Draft Local Development Plan consultation, parking, speed watch training and the Town Centre Action Plan were just some of the questions put to the Leader when the last Twitter chat took place in January.

Cllr McKinlay said: “I held my first Twitter chats last year and got some positive feedback from residents who found social media a more convenient way of sharing their views or asking questions about the Council, especially in the evening when people are usually home from work. Obviously social media is not the only way you can contact me or the Council but I’m pleased to be able to use it as another way of talking to residents and hearing about the local Council services and issues, which matter to them.”

To join in the Twitter Chat just tweet your questions to @LouiseMcKinlay and use the hashtag #VisionForBrentwood

And if you can’t join her live, you can send your comments or questions in advance to @LouiseMcKinlay #VisionForBrentwood and she will answer them during the live Twitter Chats.
