Have your say about the future of Ingatestone and Fryerning

The survey

This is your opportunity as a resident of Ingatestone or Fryerning to influence future development in the parish. We need your views. It will enable the parish council to construct a fair, balanced Neighbourhood Plan based on our community’s requirements for the next 20 years.

Your voice can make a difference – please use it

The Neighbourhood Plan is concerned with planning issues relating to the development and usage of land in Ingatestone and Fryerning. It is legally enforceable under the Localism Bill passed in 2011, so it must be considered when planning applications are reviewed.

Having a plan also enables the parish council to serve the needs of the local community and have access to funds from any development. Without a plan, the parish will not have an opportunity to influence future developments.
